More football food!!
This is a very raved about recipe. I think I originally got it from Lisa Storaci, but have tweaked it just a little.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
1 C. cooked chicken, diced
1 C. Franks Red Hot sauce
1-8 oz pkg cream cheese (s0ftened)
1 C. Ranch dressing
1 C. Bleu Cheese crunbles
Mix together the cream cheese and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl. Carefully stir in the bleu cheese and set aside.
In an oven safe bowl mix together the chicken and the Franks Red Hot sauce. Pour the cheese mixture over the top.
Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes (until hot and bubbly).
Serve with celery sticks and Stacy's Pita Chips.
YUMM!

I just had this on New Years Eve and it was SO good! I'm sure there's crack in it, because even though I was STUFFED from all the food there, I couldn't stop eating the buffalo dip!
