Cream Cheese Frosting

Oh baby this is my fave; especially on any bar recipe.

2 three ounces packages of cream cheese
1/2 cup of softened butter (yep an entire cube)
2 t. vanilla
4 cups of powdered sugar

In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, softened butter & vanilla. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar; beating until smooth.

Go ahead, eat a tablespoon or two. I won't tell.
