I've had to make this a time or two!
Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 t. maple extract
In a small saucepan, bring the water and brown sugar to boiling, stirring to completely dissolve the sugar;
Remove the mixture from the heat;
Stir in the maple extract;
Allow the syrup to cool enough to serve.
