Honey-Poppy Seed Dressing

This light, low cal dressing is wonderful served over fruit or a salad. This recipe makes one cup of dressing, you may want to double it.

Ingredients:


1 (8 oz) container plain yogurt
1 T poppy seeds
1 T honey (pick your flavor)
1 T orange or lemon juice
½ t cider vinegar
¼ zest of orange or lemon

In a medium bowl or large jar with lid, combine all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.

I love poppy seed dressing! I want to make this for dinner tonight but no yogurt :(
