Blackberry crumble

Preheat oven to 350*
2 c. blackberries
2/3 c. sugar
2 T. lemon juice (or the juice of 1 lemon)
3 T. butter
2/3 c. flour
1/8 t. salt

Put blackberries in 1 qt. baking dish with 1/2 the sugar. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cream butter, sugar, flour and salt together, sprinkle over berries. Bake at 350* for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold with fresh cream, ice cream or dessert sauce

I have frozen blackberries, can I made this recipe with frozen ones?

Yes you can! We freeze them every year and use them! They seem to be just as sweet and even juicier after frozen!
