Seasoned Taco Meat

I got this recipe from my friend Amy.
So pull out a bunch of hamburger and open your spice cupboard and make a big batch. Have enough for dinner and freeze the rest. I use the quart-sized freezer bags.

I just made this for dinner last week and had five freezer meals for future use.

4 pounds ground beef (or turkey)
3 T chopped onion
1 can beef broth
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
1/4 t chili powder
2 T paprika
1 T beef bouillon granules
1 T ground cumin
1 t chicken bouillon granules
1 t garlic powder
1 t cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t lime juice
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t sugar
1/4 t salt
1/4 t garlic salt

•In a dutch oven, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
•Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
•Bring to a boil.
•Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes
•Use what you need and freeze the rest
