My cousin brought this dip to Thanksgiving a couple years ago. It was so good. I believe she got the recipe from Rachel Ray.
8 slices bacon, chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 C mayo
2 rounded tsp Prepared Dijon mustard
1 1/2 C shredded swiss cheese
3 scallions, chopped
1/2 C smoked almonds, coarsly chopped
Bread
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown bacon in skillet over medium-high heat. Drain crisp bacon bits on paper towel. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, Dijon, swiss cheese, and scallions with cooked bacon. Transfer to a shallow small casserole or baking dish and bake until golden and bubbly at edges, 15-18 minutes. Top with chopped smoked almonds. Serve atop bread or crackers YUM
