What's On Your Easter Menu?

HELP! I need ideas for my Easter Menu.
I have ideas floating in my head but nothing
set in stone. I know we are having a Honey Baked
Ham. I just found out a little over a week
ago that my husband and I are hosting Easter Dinner.
So what's simple for a group of about 35.

Rhodes Rolls are one of our favorite "tricks" for homemade tasting rolls, but super easy! Just thaw the dough, let it rise, and bake em. Voila..."homemade" rolls! yummy....

Wow!! That's a lot of people. Julie's right, if anyone can do it, you can, D!
Green bean casserole is a holiday favorite in my family and fairly easy to make. I also make really good garlic and rosemary mashed potatoes for holiday meals.

Eryn, love the roll idea but would have to make about 50-60. But I had forgotten about Rhodes Rolls. I had not tried them before, so I took up Beckie Farrant's advice and tried something new with a coupon. They are yummy and a wonderful "trick". Thanks for the reminder. Jules and Robin, thanks for your encouragement.
