½ c butter
½ c Nucco margarine
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
Mix above ingredients well, then add:
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 c cereal (rice krispies, frosted flakes, corn flakes, special K, chex, cerrrios, you choose etc.)
2 c oatmeal
2 c chips (chocolate, butterscotch, white, etc.)
Drop tsp on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 8-15 minutes. Always check first batch to perfect baking time.
Makes 4 dozen.
(My favorite combination is 1c.rice krispies, 1c. frosted flakes, 1 1/2 c. dark choc chips and 1/2 c. white chips)

I got this recipe from the dad of one of my patients, he made the best cookies ever. Plus I am like Seinfield with my cereal addiction so the fact that these have several kinds of cereal in them seemed perfect for me. Hope you like them, Kel
