Cookie Man Cookies

½ c butter
½ c Nucco margarine
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla

Mix above ingredients well, then add:
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 c cereal (rice krispies, frosted flakes, corn flakes, special K, chex, cerrrios, you choose etc.)
2 c oatmeal
2 c chips (chocolate, butterscotch, white, etc.)

Drop tsp on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 8-15 minutes. Always check first batch to perfect baking time.
Makes 4 dozen.
(My favorite combination is 1c.rice krispies, 1c. frosted flakes, 1 1/2 c. dark choc chips and 1/2 c. white chips)

I got this recipe from the dad of one of my patients, he made the best cookies ever. Plus I am like Seinfield with my cereal addiction so the fact that these have several kinds of cereal in them seemed perfect for me. Hope you like them, Kel

Made 'um. yesterday. can you say YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY?!!! used corn flakes (cause that's what i had) - i love how flexible the recipe is... can't wait to try them w/ another cereal sometime... oh, and do you think they count as breakfast food? thanks Kelly!!!
