We had this dinner at Chelsea Carbonells a few years ago and could not get enough of it.
Now it's tradition to make it every year after Thanksgiving. KIDS Love it!

1 can refried beans
1 can black beans

Layer pan with tortilla chips, cheese, chicken, refried beans and black beans and olives.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes and serve with a little sour cream on top or avocado too.

I noticed you had freezer meals, do you know if you can freeze breakfast casseroles (the one with cubed bread and eggs) We started a freezer meal group and I was not sure how it would turn out.
with all our leftover turkey, I'm going to make this today!
